About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead project plan development for major capital projects, focusing on innovative execution and contracting strategies.
  • Develop contracting strategies, including Work Breakdown Structures and detailed contracting plans.
  • Lead contractor screening, qualification, and bid slate development.
  • Manage the development of all elements for Invitations To Tender (ITT) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).
  • Evaluate proposals and develop Contract Award Recommendations to ensure optimal contractor selection.
  • Interface with multiple disciplines to ensure project deliverables are integrated and aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify critical issues and opportunities, developing mitigation plans and optimizing risk distribution.

Requirements

  • 5–15 years of experience in FEED, EPC, or EPCM projects.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract/proposal development or contract management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a CGPA of 6.5 or above.
  • Proven experience in project execution and a strong understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel globally to support projects as required.
