Project Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of PCM procedures with company standards and norms across all projects
• Analyze contracts from the proposal phase through execution, identifying rights, duties, risks, and opportunities
• Prepare contractual summaries and provide training to ensure teams can identify and report deviations
• Support project teams with contractual matters, notifications, and negotiations with clients and suppliers
• Implement and monitor processes for claim management, scope changes, and deadlines
• Formalize agreements and monitor risks and opportunities (R&O)
• Collaborate with Legal and related departments on negotiations, claims, guarantees, and litigation
• Record feedback and lessons learned to contribute to continuous improvement in contract governance

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering
• Proven experience in high-complexity contract management
• Ability to interpret contractual documentation, including technical specifications
• Strong analytical capacity and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of project financial structures
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong conflict management and negotiation abilities
