Project Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage contract and claim management strategies in collaboration with the core project team.
• Analyze contracts to identify key obligations, risks, and commercial opportunities.
• Monitor the execution of contractual obligations and ensure rigorous tracking of project milestones.
• Prepare, manage, and document claims, including all necessary supporting evidence for negotiations.
• Manage variations, change orders, and time extensions, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with clients and partners in coordination with the Project Manager.
• Provide proactive advice on contractual risk management and contribute to resolving complex issues.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, Economics, or Law.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in contract/claims management or project management.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral).
• Strong skills in contract drafting, interpretation, and problem-solving.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with a strong sense of business and a solution-oriented approach.
