Project Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive contract management and risk mitigation strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous updating of the Contract Management Strategy Plan.
• Manage extensions of time (EOTs), variation orders, contract amendments, and claims.
• Monitor work to ensure compliance with contract obligations and track project schedules to meet milestones.
• Issue timely contractual notices to customers and partners.
• Establish project-specific commercial procedures regarding correspondence, insurance, and variation requests.
• Analyze incoming and outgoing communications to manage project correspondence effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in contract and claims management within the railway, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
• Hands-on experience and good knowledge of the Bulgarian Public Procurement Act.
• Fluency in both Bulgarian and English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with Contract Management and Project Management tools and systems.
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and maintain operational accountability.
