Project Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery tracks, including project planning, budgeting, and defining deliverable content.
• Manage client-facing junior team members and provide coaching and guidance to support people development.
• Communicate stakeholder requirements clearly to team members and manage expectations to realize project goals.
• Coordinate and facilitate the delivery of project objectives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to management through regular stakeholder meetings.
• Identify and resolve project issues, assessing solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals.
• Synthesize complex information and design efficient workflows and procedures.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech. or CA + MBA (preferably from a reputed institute).
• 5 years of experience in Project Management and delivery.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience in areas such as SOP preparation, process improvement, or strategic planning.
• Strong documentation and report writing skills.
• Ability to work consultatively and solve complex problems with a practical approach.
