Project Consultant – Digital Transformation

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting support for digital transformation projects and initiatives within UAE operations.
• Conduct business process reviews, requirements analysis, and process mapping.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and consultation sessions to drive engagement.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, assessments, and project documentation.
• Coordinate between business users, management, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Support testing, implementation, training, and change management activities to ensure user adoption.
• Monitor project progress and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, business analysis, or management consulting.
• Proven experience working on ERP, enterprise systems, automation, or technology implementation projects.
• Proficiency in project collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks and business process improvement techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Previous consulting experience within the public sector, government, utilities, healthcare, or finance industries.
