Project Configuration and Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and drive the Configuration and Change Management (CCM) process within projects or programs
• Analyze and review CCM requirements from clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain configuration strategies and publish configuration bases and target configurations
• Verify and validate components identified as configuration items
• Manage supplier configuration, including negotiating CM requirements
• Supervise the change management process, ensuring traceability and assignment to baselines
• Monitor CCM process performance through KPIs and implement improvement actions
• Ensure availability of necessary configuration and change management tools
• Support physical and functional configuration audits

Requirements

• University degree in engineering, project management, or business management
• 5 years of experience in multi-disciplinary project management
• Deep understanding of configuration and change management
• Experience in business process management, risk management, supply chain, or industrialization
• Experience working in an international environment
• Fluency in French and English
• Leadership and functional team management skills
• Knowledge of SAP or PLM systems is a plus
