About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement configuration management processes and tools based on project and client requirements
  • Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate project performance
  • Analyze and evaluate the impact of changes on reliability and costs
  • Collaborate with project, engineering, production, and testing teams to ensure process compliance
  • Participate in the release of trains while respecting contractual conditions
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring of physical configuration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of configuration management tools and processes

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Master in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
  • Strong project planning and team management skills
  • Fluency in English (imperative)
  • Understanding of engineering, production, and testing processes
  • Ability to work autonomously with high rigor and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of railway products, systems, and components is a plus
