Project Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Directors in fulfilling project management obligations throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Update project data monthly within the Oracle-based project management system.
• Support PMs/PDs with Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates, progress reporting, and Earned Value insights.
• Develop, monitor, and report on key performance metrics to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare monthly reports, meeting minutes, and management documentation, including project schedules and milestones.
• Assist in developing project management documentation such as cost estimates, risk registers, and project schedules.
• Manage information via industry-standard Common Data Environments like SharePoint and ProjectWise.
• Support the administration of supplier contracts and work with multi-disciplinary environmental project teams.

Requirements

• Degree in environment, project management, engineering, science, building, or quantity surveying.
• 2-4 years of relevant post-graduate experience in project coordination or management.
• Proven experience with cost controls, budget updates, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle systems.
• Advanced Excel skills or experience with Power BI.
• Experience working within a large, geographically dispersed global environment.
