Project Co-Ordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Media Trading, Commercial, Operations, Product, and Support departments
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and action items
• Organize regular project check-ins, status meetings, and follow-up sessions to track deliverables
• Support governance activities including status reporting, risk tracking, and escalation management
• Act as a central coordination point to facilitate communication and clear hand-offs between teams
• Create and maintain project documentation, trackers, playbooks, and shared knowledge repositories
• Consolidate information from various sources into structured, reusable materials
• Identify blockers and proactively drive resolution to ensure projects progress effectively

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, program support, or business operations
• Proven experience working in cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, trackers, shared documentation systems, and reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing concise updates and summaries
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in media, adtech, or trading operations
• Exposure to project or program management methodologies
