Project Change Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage project change management logs and processes including monthly change reviews with project leadership and SMEs
• Develop project control procedures and solutions for capital project delivery
• Run the monthly risk management process and provide regular reporting to project leadership
• Support the development of contingency and contingency drawdown
• Execute change management processes with weekly or monthly cadence
• Audit changes to ensure alignment with subcontractor agreements and project procedures
• Coordinate with project controls teams to incorporate changes and risks into the cost forecast schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in project controls change and/or risk management
• Direct experience working within the construction industry
• Experience working in complex matrix environments
• Exemplary oral and written communication and reporting skills
