Project Buyer

Responsibilities

• Analyze needs from various departments and develop specifications with technical teams
• Identify, qualify, and select suppliers through consultations and tenders
• Negotiate contracts and commercial conditions (price, lead times, quality) to optimize performance
• Monitor contract execution, control delivery compliance, and manage supplier disputes
• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with strategic suppliers
• Conduct market monitoring to anticipate technological and economic evolutions
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and cost reduction actions
• Report activity to the Head of Procurement and track performance indicators

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Industrial Management
• Significant experience in industrial procurement
• Mastery of negotiation techniques and tender management processes
• Strong understanding of industrial processes and technical constraints
• Proficiency with ERP and procurement management software
• Professional English proficiency is an asset
