Project Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage products within the regional business unit throughout their entire life cycle.
• Ensure and control the implementation of projects to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Search for and implement cost reduction ideas, localization projects, and engineering improvements.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple functions including engineering, quality, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Act as the primary contact between the business unit and commercial purchasing to secure a reliable supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or a similar position.
• Proven Project Leadership and Project Management skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes such as Stamping, Turning, or Plastic Injection.
• Knowledge of basic quality concepts (e.g., Cpk, Tolerances, measurements).
• Advanced English fluency (Mandatory).
• Experience working with global/overseas suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work proactively and self-directed within a team environment.
