Project BIM Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare structural general arrangement, reinforced concrete, and steelwork drawings.
• Develop RC detailing including bar bending schedules and reinforcement bar quantity estimates.
• Perform technical Revit operations in accordance with company standards and QA procedures.
• Adhere to BIM Execution Plans and project workflow criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure construction document accuracy.
• Conduct quality drawing checks and export files in various formats for internal and external collaboration.
• Assist senior BIM Technicians and Coordinators with task analysis and problem-solving.
• Inform team leads and clients regarding work progress and status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit Structures and AutoCAD.
• Proven experience in structural modelling and detailing of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Experience using BIM360 and BIM360 Docs.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dynamo and coding skills.
• Familiarity with various construction methodologies and project delivery methods.
