Project Associate - Operational Excellence & Automation

Responsibilities

• Manage global operational excellence projects focusing on customer service automation, process optimization, and performance improvement.
• Identify business core issues, develop testable hypotheses, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Translate and encode existing process flows using low-code products and JavaScript-based tools.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the global launch of new processes.
• Analyze data using SQL, Metabase, and Tableau to identify risks and report findings to management.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Tech teams to improve end-user tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• 0-3 years of experience in data-heavy operations, software development, process automation, or management consulting.
• Proficiency in statistical and data tools such as SQL, VBA, or Tableau.
• Programming skills in JavaScript or Python.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
