Project Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Khan Academy learning platform across government schools in Maharashtra.
• Execute training sessions for education officials and teachers on a regular basis.
• Conduct regular field visits (3–4 times per week) to gather insights and identify strategic levers for adoption.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nodal officers, state resource persons, and district-level stakeholders.
• Create engaging resources and communication strategies to drive programmatic goals and clarity for schools.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends and adjust partnership plans.
• Document all state discussions and maintain effective knowledge management for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in both Marathi and English (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw evidence-based conclusions.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, particularly with government officials.
• Ability to travel regularly across different schools and districts in Maharashtra.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a high tolerance for ambiguity and a bias toward action.
