Project Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Khan Academy learning platform across government schools in Odisha.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with administration officials, including nodal officers and district-level officers.
• Conduct regular field visits (8-10 per month) and stakeholder calls to observe and understand program implementation.
• Document all state discussions in a standard format and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed.
• Analyze qualitative feedback from state systems to help build the organization's learning muscle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Content, Partner Operations, and Data and Efficacy, to ensure successful program delivery.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in Odia (both spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to draw evidence-based conclusions.
• Excellent documentation skills with the ability to present information clearly in English and Odia.
• Willingness to relocate to Odisha and work out of government offices.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an educator.
• Experience working directly with government school systems in Odisha.
