Project Associate

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software projects
• Work with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and define goals
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle including scope, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and review sessions
• Monitor project progress and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on track
• Make decisions regarding product features and requirement prioritization
• Provide status updates and risk assessments to senior management
• Collaborate with development leads to align requirements with technical implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management focusing on software or IT projects
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban
• Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Proven track record of managing multiple simultaneous projects
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers and QA
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification
• Experience in eCommerce or B2B domains
• Knowledge of project financials and budget management
