About the role
Responsibilities
- Processing and following up on requests for quotations
- Evaluating offers and preparing award decisions
- Creating construction contracts based on templates
- Supporting the coordination and scheduling of construction activities
- Checking and controlling invoices
- Correspondence with external service providers and partners
- Submitting applications to authorities and offices
- Creating reports for asset management
- Planning and conducting file inspections (e.g., in the Hamburg construction archive)
- Procurement, sorting, and filing of floor plans and relevant documents
Requirements
- Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Numerical understanding and basic commercial knowledge
- Commercial training is an advantage
- Knowledge of construction project management or property management is an advantage
- English language skills are an advantage
