About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities for the RHTP NEP to ensure progress on grant deliverables.
  • Support grant implementation by coordinating with internal staff, statewide subrecipients, and external partners.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and distribution of curricula, printed materials, and reinforcement items.
  • Coordinate logistics for statewide trainings and meetings in in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, assemble materials, and record/distribute accurate meeting minutes.
  • Draft, edit, and format program communications, reports, manuals, and newsletters.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of program web content and visual resources.
  • Compile and organize program data and documentation from digital systems.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for program staff and partners in accordance with University policies.
  • Assist the team in tracking deadlines and documentation related to federal grant requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including document formatting and spreadsheet management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage records and logistics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and community organizations.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel independently to off-site meetings or trainings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting grant-funded programs or projects.
  • Basic graphic design or visual content development skills.
  • Experience working with community-based organizations, public agencies, or health-related programs.
