About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative project management support, including invoicing, payment tracking, and supplier invoice processing.
  • Assist with commercial activities by downloading and preparing administrative files for tender offers (national and international).
  • Support internal team operations through meeting organization, travel arrangements, mail handling, and equipment/fleet management.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure compliance with internal health and safety protocols.
  • Support the Transformation, Offers, and Projects department and the North Ile-de-France Regional Agency through project tracking and internal coordination.

Requirements

  • BAC+2/3 degree in Management, Business Administration, or Assistant Management (e.g., BTS, BUT, or License).
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in an administrative or project support role.
  • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn new software and digital tools quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
