About the role
Responsibilities
- Issue and review certificates, documentation, and invoices
- Coordinate activities with global SGS affiliates
- Provide technical assistance and quotations to clients
- Manage internal files and upload documents to network servers
- Communicate regular updates to clients and provide work instructions to affiliates
- Verify affiliate invoices for accuracy prior to submission
- Assist managers in customer meetings and conference calls
- Advise customers on issues during load/discharge operations
- Process Accounts Payable for Minerals Trade Departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or administrative background
- 1+ years of experience in operations
- Fluency in English (B2 level or above)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the Marine Shipping trade
