About the role

Responsibilities

  • Issue and review certificates, documentation, and invoices
  • Coordinate activities with global SGS affiliates
  • Provide technical assistance and quotations to clients
  • Manage internal files and upload documents to network servers
  • Communicate regular updates to clients and provide work instructions to affiliates
  • Verify affiliate invoices for accuracy prior to submission
  • Assist managers in customer meetings and conference calls
  • Advise customers on issues during load/discharge operations
  • Process Accounts Payable for Minerals Trade Departments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or administrative background
  • 1+ years of experience in operations
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or above)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of the Marine Shipping trade
