Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager's schedule
- Organize meetings and room reservations
- Manage logistics and travel needs (plane, train, hotel)
- Manage new arrivals (interns, apprentices, permanent employees)
- Regularly update the management organizational chart
- Monitor the litigation table
- Organize Commitment Committees (agenda + participant list)
- Archiving
- Manage invoices (create purchase orders, process invoices in e-fac, create third parties in Evalua)
- Organize subsidiary outings, lunches, and seminars
- Support operational teams in daily management and real estate operation monitoring
Requirements
- Higher education degree (e.g., BTS)
- Significant first experience in a demanding environment
- Adaptability and availability
- Strong sense of customer service
