Project Assistant

Responsibilities

• Participate in defining the specifications and guest experience for hotels undergoing rehabilitation
• Assist project managers with the organization, preparation, and follow-up of project meetings
• Draft meeting minutes and reports for management review
• Support project monitoring and tracking throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to benchmarking missions and opportunity analyses based on team project needs

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a specialization in Project Management
• Proficiency in French (C1 level) and English (C1 level)
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
• Demonstrated rigor, analytical skills, and a sense of curiosity
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or internship within the hospitality sector
