Project Architect

Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project teams
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Lead design development and project execution
• Produce and oversee project documentation in Revit
• Ensure alignment between design intent, technical requirements, and client goals
• Mentor junior team members

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 5–10 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Revit
• Project management and client-facing experience
• Strong graphic, presentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare sector experience
• Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure
• Proficiency in SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
