Project Architect

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and technically sound solutions to design challenges
• Coordinate project drawings, specifications, and documentation with the project team
• Lead collaboration within project teams to generate innovative design ideas
• Apply advanced architectural concepts to complex assignments
• Integrate QA/QC procedures and practice standards into project deliverables
• Ensure BIM standards are applied and coordinate with the Project Manager and BIM Manager
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff
• Meet project deliverable deadlines and manage time effectively
• Participate in client presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
• Minimum of eight years of professional experience in architecture
• Professional licensure required
• Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and standard architectural software
• Competent in technical design and solution recommendation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel 30–35% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• LEED AP certification
• Other relevant professional certifications
