Project Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for commercial, industrial, logistics, and interior projects
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to integrate technical solutions
• Prepare and oversee detailed design documentation, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and sustainability standards
• Support client engagement through presentations and design reviews
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely and on-budget delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor in Architecture from a NAAB accredited professional program
• 4+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery
• Licensed Architect in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain licensure within one year)
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp
• Experience with visualization tools such as Enscape or Lumion
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture
• 6+ years of professional experience
• Demonstrated expertise in interior projects, including space planning and material selection
• Proven experience delivering high-quality commercial projects
• LEED Accreditation or equivalent sustainability certification
