About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for commercial, industrial, logistics, and interior projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to integrate technical solutions.
- Prepare and oversee detailed design documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and sustainability standards.
- Support client engagement through presentations, design reviews, and addressing inquiries.
- Work closely with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Architecture from a NAAB accredited professional program.
- 4+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Licensed Architect in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain licensure within one year).
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Enscape or Lumion.
- Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 6+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in interior projects, including space planning and material selection.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality commercial projects.
- LEED Accreditation or equivalent sustainability certification.
