Project Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for commercial, industrial, logistics, and interior projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to integrate technical solutions.
• Prepare and oversee detailed design documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and sustainability standards.
• Support client engagement through presentations, design reviews, and addressing inquiries.
• Work closely with senior architects and project managers to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Architecture from a NAAB accredited professional program.
• 4+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Licensed Architect in the state of Texas (or ability to obtain licensure within one year).
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Enscape or Lumion.
• Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 6+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Demonstrated expertise in interior projects, including space planning and material selection.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality commercial projects.
• LEED Accreditation or equivalent sustainability certification.
