Project and Operations Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
• Drive operational excellence by identifying process improvements and implementing scalable solutions across project delivery environments
• Provide strategic oversight and governance to project management practices, ensuring consistency, performance, and risk control
• Champion business growth by leading bid management activities and contributing to pursuit strategies and go/no-go decisions
• Strengthen client relationships and expand market presence by identifying opportunities and delivering high-value advisory solutions
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams, aligning talent strategies with project and business objectives
• Optimize resource planning and utilization across multiple programs to maximize efficiency and delivery capability
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operational activities

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex engineering or consulting projects and programs in a multidisciplinary environment
• Proven expertise in project and operational management, including governance, financial performance, and delivery optimization
• Strong background in bid management and business development with success in winning major projects
• Ability to lead and scale teams, including experience in coaching and performance management
• Professional background in project management (e.g., PMI, APM, or equivalent)
• Significant leadership experience within project delivery or consulting environments
• Solid understanding of program management and technical project delivery frameworks
• Commitment to health, safety, quality, and compliance standards
