Project and Design Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex urban development and infrastructure projects in the Stockholm area
• Drive project progress through effective communication, structure, and meticulous coordination
• Manage various aspects of the project lifecycle, including leadership, economics, procurement, and authority contacts
• Build and lead successful project teams in a collaborative environment
• Ensure project execution aligns with technical requirements and industry standards

Requirements

• Civil or college engineer degree (or equivalent experience)
• Deep knowledge of Swedish legislation including AB04, ABT06, and AMA
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Strong computer skills and digital literacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Project management certification
• Strong professional network within the infrastructure industry
• Valid B-driver's license
