Project and Contract Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing maintenance contracts, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Oversee administrative and financial aspects of contracts, including invoicing, disputes, margins, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead projects to deploy new maintenance activities within the existing organization.
• Structure and lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate various stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and ethical standards.
• Monitor and report on project performance, identifying and mitigating risks and deviations.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent in project management or a related field.
• Experience or a strong understanding of project management within an industrial or railway environment.
• Proven skills in client relationship management and professional communication.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to adapt to new activities and integrate them into an existing organizational structure.
