About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale, complex construction and infrastructure projects from early stages to final delivery
  • Coordinate and manage resources, project schedules, and budgets
  • Oversee risk management, procurement processes, and communications with authorities
  • Act as a mentor to colleagues and contribute to the development of organizational competence
  • Drive business dialogues, maintain customer relationships, and participate in tender processes
  • Support management in resource planning and the development of project execution methodologies

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in project management or design management within the construction or civil engineering sectors
  • Proven track record of leading large and complex projects from inception to completion
  • Experience in industrial, residential, or infrastructure sectors (experience with process industry or security-classified projects is a plus)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and support management
  • Ability to work independently, make decisive actions, and maintain a holistic view of technical, financial, and temporal risks
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, contractors, and partners
