Project Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the project portfolio, monitoring performance indicators, budget, quality, deadline, and scope
• Develop and maintain dashboards, management reports, and operational controls
• Conduct follow-up meetings (status reports), monitoring risks and action plans
• Structure and monitor schedules, WBS, RBS, executive projects, procedures, and flowcharts
• Ensure the application of project management best practices and governance
• Act as an interface between internal and external stakeholders, aligning deliveries and negotiating deadlines
• Support performance management of operational areas through monitoring goals, indicators, and results
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to contribute to operational efficiency and strategic objectives

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Oceanography, or related fields
• Knowledge of Project, Program, and Portfolio Management
• Experience with OKRs and corporate governance
• Proficiency in PMBOK methodology and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Agile)
• Risk management and project monitoring skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret contracts
• Knowledge of accounting and fiscal concepts
• Advanced Excel skills
• Proficiency in Power BI
• Experience with MS Project or equivalent project management tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio or similar process mapping tools
• Advanced English for reading and writing technical documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Scrum or Agile Management certifications
• Training in Power BI and Project Management
• Experience with structured integration processes and test station management
