Project Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end governance processes for project initiation and formal closure.
• Manage financial budgeting and weekly reconciliations for a portfolio of up to 10 active projects.
• Track and process Change Requests (CRs) impacting project timelines and costs.
• Administer Clarity CPPM, including timesheet assignments, risk monitoring (RAID), and project status updates.
• Ensure all project artifacts are documented and compliant with quality standards.
• Support PI/PO management, SOW submissions, and technical requirement definitions.
• Create executive-level reports, tracking sheets, and performance dashboards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator or PMO Analyst.
• Solid understanding of both Waterfall and Scrum Agile frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data structuring and MS PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Clarity CPPM.
• Experience with procurement and financial tools such as JAGGAER or Empower.
• Familiarity with quality assurance applications like AMANA.
