Project Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist Tribe, Platforms, and Programs in organizational aspects including financial budgeting, portfolio management, and resource management.
• Support project initiation and the complete project closure process.
• Manage change requests regarding time and cost.
• Oversee Clarity CPPM management, including timesheet assignments, approvals, and project status updates.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and budget reconciliation for up to 10 projects depending on complexity.
• Assist Project Managers in meeting Quality Compliance Index standards and requirements.
• Maintain a repository of Measurement Matrices to track completion levels and quality for project items.
• Ensure all Tribe/Platform artifacts are documented following standardized structures.
• Support Tech Leads with release approvals and maintain updated structure documents.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of total professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Project Coordination or Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Scrum Agile methodologies.
• Proven experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, coordination, and professional communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with Clarity CPPM, Workwise, Empower, AMANA, or JAGGER.
• Experience working within a large-scale banking or financial services environment.
