About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Project Manager(s) and site teams
  • Coordinate project activities, meetings, and schedules
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and project updates
  • Maintain project timelines and track deliverables
  • Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings, contracts, and permits
  • Ensure proper filing and version control of all documents
  • Monitor document submissions and approvals
  • Assist with contract administration and compliance tracking
  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
  • Handle correspondence such as emails, letters, and notices
  • Coordinate site access, inductions, and logistics
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and construction regulations
  • Support audit preparation and reporting

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in construction or project administration
