About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Manager(s) and site teams
- Coordinate project activities, meetings, and schedules
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and project updates
- Maintain project timelines and track deliverables
- Manage and maintain project documentation including drawings, contracts, and permits
- Ensure proper filing and version control of all documents
- Monitor document submissions and approvals
- Assist with contract administration and compliance tracking
- Act as a liaison between internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
- Handle correspondence such as emails, letters, and notices
- Coordinate site access, inductions, and logistics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and construction regulations
- Support audit preparation and reporting
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in construction or project administration
