About the role

Responsibilities

  • Verify and input delivery dockets, purchase orders, subcontractor details, timesheets, and invoices into the job costing system
  • Support procurement processes to ensure timely supply of materials and services for site operations
  • Maintain up-to-date registers for vehicles, plant, equipment, and staff leave records
  • Assist with managing progress claims and subcontractor payment schedules, including the preparation of certificates
  • Draft and compile project-related correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and presentations
  • Coordinate and organise project meetings, events, and associated logistics
  • Complete general project administration tasks as required

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative roles within the civil construction industry
  • Knowledge of job costing, purchasing, and accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with job costing systems such as Connect or Xeno
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Current Driver's Licence and access to own transport
