About the role

Responsibilities

  • Schedule training and professional development opportunities for stakeholders regarding Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT)
  • Manage topics including mental health literacy, identification of at-risk students, and mandated reporting
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records, files, and correspondence to document services provided
  • Collect and submit training data to evaluate the effectiveness of professional development efforts
  • Support the scheduling of all activities related to project implementation and progress monitoring

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with families, school staff, and agency personnel
  • Excellent organizational and data collection skills
  • Ability to travel regularly to various locations throughout Long Island
  • Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
