About the role
Responsibilities
- Schedule training and professional development opportunities for stakeholders regarding Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT)
- Manage topics including mental health literacy, identification of at-risk students, and mandated reporting
- Maintain thorough and accurate records, files, and correspondence to document services provided
- Collect and submit training data to evaluate the effectiveness of professional development efforts
- Support the scheduling of all activities related to project implementation and progress monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with families, school staff, and agency personnel
- Excellent organizational and data collection skills
- Ability to travel regularly to various locations throughout Long Island
- Flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree
