About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage documents throughout all phases of a project
  • Maintain project directories and filing structures
  • File reproduced document originals and revisions for easy retrieval
  • Implement and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS)
  • Record and store project photographs
  • Interact with professional and technical staff to accomplish assigned objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Experience in a professional services or engineering environment preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Must be a UAE National with a family book
