About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage project documentation throughout all project phases
- Maintain project directories and filing structures
- File reproduced document originals and revisions for easy retrieval
- Implement and maintain electronic document management systems (EDMS)
- Record and store project photographs
- Interact with professional and technical staff to accomplish assigned objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in professional services or engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be a UAE National with a family book
