Project Accounting Sr. Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex tasks supporting multiple projects in compliance with contracts and SLAs
• Review project financials for accurate revenue recognition
• Perform in-depth project analysis and provide recommendations
• Provide analysis and resolutions for process improvements and technical issues
• Support Team Lead/Manager in handling escalations and managing financial disputes
• Maintain and prepare SOP/DTP documentation updates
• Participate in audit-related activities and prepare responses
• Provide guidance to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Project Accounting
• Knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle and contract types
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and MS Teams
• Amenable for night shift schedule (9PM to 6AM Manila time)
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup (3x per week RTO)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of revenue recognition and long-term construction contracts
• Experience in a shared service or captive set-up
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or Blackline Systems
