About the role
Responsibilities
- Review Bond Program invoices and encumbrances and process them according to accounting procedures
- Assist the Finance and Accounting team with analyses of ongoing financial activity for the Bond Program
- Identify and expeditiously resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in invoice documentation
- Ensure invoice and encumbrance entries in PMIS (Proliance) are correct and supported by documentation
- Resolve integration issues for invoices and encumbrances between Proliance and Costpoint
- Evaluate and ensure bond compliance regarding all payment requests
- Reconcile financial accounts and escrow bank statements
- Prepare and process journal entries
- Develop new reports and assist with form revisions to provide transparency into Bond Program expenditures
- Communicate with construction vendors, professional services vendors, and campus team members regarding cost and expenditure matters
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in invoice processing or accounts payable
- Associate's degree or College Certificate (additional experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis)
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word
- Ability to perform historical trend analysis and create/analyze reports
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field

- Salary Range: $68,000 - $72,000
