Programs Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute leadership, networking, educational, and member engagement programs
• Manage the Leadership Greater Nashua program, including recruitment, scheduling, and alumni engagement
• Coordinate Young Professionals programming, referral groups, and business education events
• Organize event logistics including speakers, venues, sponsors, and registrations
• Maintain program databases, CRM records, and attendance reporting
• Coordinate guests and scheduling for the Chamber’s bi-weekly radio program
• Support additional initiatives and events as assigned by the President & CEO

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software
• Strong public speaking skills and ability to present to small and large groups
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license

• Salary range of $50,000 to $55,000 based on experience
