About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the operational needs of the Program & Curriculum Unit (PCU) regarding academic programs and quality assurance
- Manage day-to-day client service, project management, and administrative processes for UTQAP and cyclical reviews
- Coordinate tasks for projects and strategic initiatives with various stakeholders
- Review and assess requirements to meet project timelines and develop/modify project schedules
- Plan and implement workflows for the group to ensure efficient delivery
- Serve as a resource to faculty and staff on university quality assurance and the interpretation of academic policies
- Edit complex documents for clarity, logical cohesion, and alignment with regulatory frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of experience in undergraduate and graduate academic program development and cyclical reviews in a university setting
- Proven experience coordinating complex, multi-stage projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with university quality assurance administration and academic policies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and Adobe Editor
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports and governance documents
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Curriculum Management and Curriculum Publisher software
