About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the operational needs of the Program & Curriculum Unit (PCU) regarding academic programs and quality assurance
  • Manage day-to-day client service, project management, and administrative processes for UTQAP and cyclical reviews
  • Coordinate tasks for projects and strategic initiatives with various stakeholders
  • Review and assess requirements to meet project timelines and develop/modify project schedules
  • Plan and implement workflows for the group to ensure efficient delivery
  • Serve as a resource to faculty and staff on university quality assurance and the interpretation of academic policies
  • Edit complex documents for clarity, logical cohesion, and alignment with regulatory frameworks

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or an acceptable combination of equivalent experience
  • Minimum five years of experience in undergraduate and graduate academic program development and cyclical reviews in a university setting
  • Proven experience coordinating complex, multi-stage projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with university quality assurance administration and academic policies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) and Adobe Editor
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write reports and governance documents
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Curriculum Management and Curriculum Publisher software
