Program/Project Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize sales plays to drive run-rate revenue across Account Executives
• Partner with India sales and supporting teams to activate regional programs
• Collaborate with local and global Sales Programs teams to improve pipeline health
• Support operational cadence for scalable pipeline generation and progression activities
• Develop specialized, ad hoc sales plays based on industry wins and geographic trends
• Communicate key program activities across the business to drive focus and impact
• Adapt go-to-market strategies in response to market conditions and regulatory changes
• Manage ad hoc requests from senior management

Requirements

• Demonstrable program management experience within a sales environment
• Comprehensive knowledge of the full SaaS sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into digestible recommendations
• Experience in business process definition and a structured approach to execution
• Background in commercial structuring, consulting, finance, strategy, or business intelligence
• Excellent communication skills to evangelize programs across diverse functions
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability and time management
