Program/Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of program health, balancing execution, strategy, and relationship management
• Lead fast-moving software development teams and ensure contract deliverables are met
• Guide Agile software development cycles and manage product roadmaps
• Engage directly with DoD stakeholders to drive customer intimacy
• Collaborate on RFI/RFP responses and shape long-term strategic initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program, project, or product management
• Experience with Agile software development
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Proven leadership in software development teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior DoD stakeholder engagement
• STEM degree or equivalent technical acumen
• Active Secret security clearance (must be able to obtain/maintain TS/SCI)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) customers, specifically U.S. Army
• Experience managing program financials and P&L ownership
• Agile certification(s)
• Experience in a software factory environment
• Familiarity with ATO and RMF processes
