Programming Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain the calendar of live events and critical details across internal and external systems
• Work cross-departmentally to gather information for live broadcasts
• Communicate with partners to ensure event details and production specifications are accurately entered
• Oversee process improvements for live broadcast scheduling workflows
• Assist in strategic planning and scheduling of sports broadcasts
• Perform data cleansing, uploads, and exports within Salesforce
• Develop customized reports and dashboards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Excel with strong data manipulation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks accurately
• Basic knowledge of the sports media industry
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce
• Familiarity with reading and comprehending legal contracts
