Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for ERP systems and various college departments
• Serve as the first level of contact for functional and technical staff members
• Perform integrations and operating system level scripting
• Develop and maintain Database SQL
• Work with vendors to resolve issues with software, systems, and related processes
• Analyze business procedures to identify and implement process improvements
• Document all procedures, processes, scripts, and system changes

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Business
• Experience working in a technology field
• Knowledge of relational database concepts
• Proficiency in programming languages and the ability to write scripts or programs
• Strong analytical and functional assessment skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong teamwork abilities
