Programmer Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee academic strategic planning initiatives and performance-management activities
• Conduct program and project evaluations to assess effectiveness, efficiency, and alignment with institutional goals
• Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools
• Prepare written performance reports that clearly communicate organizational outcomes and recommendations
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support academic and administrative decision-making
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and leadership to support organizational improvements
• Establish partnerships across business areas to drive coordinated performance initiatives

Requirements

• 5 years of experience leading, managing, and overseeing academic strategic planning, performance management, and program/project evaluation
• BA/BS degree in administration, management, communications, or a related professional discipline
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• U.S. Citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and presenting results through data visualizations
• Experience developing written performance reports that communicate organizational performance and recommendations
• Experience developing organizational performance policies, guidance, or frameworks
• Proven ability to build partnerships and coalitions across teams
• Strong communication, analytical, and project-management skills
