Programmer

Responsibilities

• Realize real estate master plans, feasibility studies, and pre-programming
• Draft detailed technical and functional programs for client operations
• Advise clients on the legal, organizational, and financial setup of operations
• Organize the implementation of design or design/build contracts
• Coordinate technical designers for the operation using professional expertise

Requirements

• Higher education in construction (Engineer, specialized DESS, or Architect)
• At least 5 years of experience as a Programmer in an AMOA or architecture firm
• Mastery of all aspects of architectural programming management
• Ideally experience in the healthcare sector
